Tennesee QB's and White for StL QB's and Gado?

Help...I have a keeper league and I am at the bottom. I need to build for the future as I will not be finishing in the top 6 or 7 this year! Would you guys trade Bulger, Frerotte and Gado to get Young, Volek, and LenDale White?
