Question The Perfect League

What features would the "Perfect" Fantasy Football League need to truly be "Perfect?"

To me the perfect league would balance the scoring method so RB's don't dominate like they do now. QB's & WR's are just as important in real life as RB's so the scoring should reflect this. This would make drafting much more strategic and interesting as you wouldn't see 10+ straight rbs taken in a row like you do now. That would be my idea of a Perfect League.
