Fantasy implications of the Duckett trade

I think Dunn's stock just went up a bit. Last year he was dynomite when Duckett missed a few games. Now Justin Griffith, might steal some carries but he has yet to prove himself worthy.

I don't think any Atlanta WR is worth owning in any league 12 teams or less. As long as Vick is QB the passing game will be uninspiring.

Those of you who bumped Betts up on your sheets when Portis got injured might want to readjust them. I don't thick Washington would acquire Duckett just for a number 3 RB. He'll get his carries, especially if Portis misses time.
Also, one can speculate that Portis' injury may be worse than what we are led to believe.

ill take lilie in the FBB yahoo league over benett..but to answer your question: yes, dunns value rose a little, but he was already perty high placed on my list in the first place. it is quite possible portis could miss a few games at the begining of the season, but to tell u the truth thats speculation as well.

Dunn's value just went through the roof. He is gonna carry in all situations now.

While I agree somewhat...I see potential sleepers in both Jenkins and White. I'm not talking monster years or nothing, but I see a possibility of one of them becoming a reliable #3 WR,,,possibly breaking into a low #2. But..we'll see

His stock rose slightly -3-5 slots, not significant. I still don't see him getting all goal line carries. If he would get all goal line carries then his stock would be much higher...

Dunn's stock rose 1 round and portis just dropped to the end of the first round IMO.

It is not a good sign as Washington wouldn't be out looking for another RB if they had faith Portis is coming along as expected. Either that or they weren't very happy with Betts which didnt appear to be the case.

I don't think Portis will play at all so I think it is good for anyone who got Duckett.

I just read a report last night, that it's very unlikely that Portis will play in week one. I noticed that about the the same time, players were picking up Duckett, hoping he will run well for the Redskins......

If he is open in your leagues, he might be worth a look...

I think he should have been picked up as a third or fourth RB on your team as he was gonna see a lot of goal line carries.
