Big Money--fantasy football--who would be in

Here is what I propose.

Up to 12 teams---$1000 per team---$12,000 total pool

lets divide the year into 2 and have 2 drafts..$6000 purse each half. $5000 1st place 2nd place $1000.

1st half 9 weeks. 2nd half 8 week.

I would be more than happy to double the stakes and do 2 halfs at $1000 each..

FYI and BTW--to all people who say this is too much money---think about how much you bet on games

FYI 2--because the money is huge its way more fun and because your into it for 1k i find that many weeks you don't even bet cause your so into the leauge

FYI 3 ---2 halfs is the best. this way there is always a 2nd chace

also---in the past my leauges have been an auction where you get a budget and you have fill an entire team on that budget--you bid on players

if this interests u guys--we could have a practice draft to get accustomed to the system--

of course we can do the draft the normal way as well

I could no problem but most of the others seem like they can't afford to pay extra to even watch the games. I like where you are going with this, but I can't see it happening.

Good salesman though, start with the high number then agree on a lower but still relatively high number.

my good sales is good for u people---i suck at fantasy football--i draft all eagles---i went like 10 straight year not winning--im so easy money---i just like the action--

btw--u can do side bets...i knwo peeps who have bet 10k straight up against each other in the past

i second that. phillymaster, no offence cause i love philly as well but, i dont know you, trust you, or think that i would want to put up a grand to bet on this anyway especially since i can barely pay for college as is

or is this a hypothetical thing? cause your asking who would be in rather than who's in...not sure what to think of there either????

Rule of thumb; never ever join a money league you read about on a message board. Every year I read that some commish collected the money then disappeared when it was time for the payouts. It's common sense. You never front money to a stranger.

However, one of these years I'd love to get in a big money league. My money league right now has decent payouts but I'd like to kick it up a notch. Maybe one of these years I'll join the WCOFF and go to Vegas for the draft.
