I think he is getting underrated myself. Lewis lost carries to Taylor lost year because Taylor was more elusive and a better receiver. Now his primary back-up is plays almost the exact same style as Lewis: strait-line runner. Plus, Lewis is a better recevier than Anderson. That means that Lewis won't lose touches to a chance-of-pace back or come off the field on 3rd downs. He will only be replaced for breathers.

Lewis could be a 1200, 8+ TD back.

that's a big could be. that offense is a grinder style, git-r-done on the ground deal. that said, 1200/8 is not a bad expectation - think though - how are they gonna spread the ball around to open up the box for lewis? who they gonna air it out to?

i think they will throw the ball a bit to lewis more and he is a much better reciever. so 1200 total yards might be well within reach...

Time for Derrick Mason to step up.

I would draft him with the intention of using him as a #3 RB but there is certainly the upside for him to be a #2, however I would caution against beginning your season with him as your #2 if possible.

I expect him to take two eightballs before the game and then proceed to destroy the opposing D like Tony Montana.

I picked him as my #2 RB. I really think he could come back strong and get 1100 yards.

Same here. Although I think I took him a little early (4th round) but I needed a #2 back and there was not much left. Also, I did not think he would still be there when my pick came around again.

Yep. I grabbed him for the same reason, he wouldn't have been around when I picked again.

We seem to think a lot alike with this fantasy football thing. I have agreed with a lot of the things you have said and picked a lot of the same players.

Lewis in the 4th round is good value. If he regains his form, and McNair can move the ball around and make defenses respect the passing game, you should see a nice year out of Lewis.
