Auburn, USC both looked bad, so who's no.2
So who is it, should Auburn stay no.2, should USC move into the no.2 slot,
or should the pollsters be looking at school's like WVU ,Florida and Michigan all i know is that after this week , a lot of schools could make the case to be ranked no.2 |

I am starting to get very big on Michigan and the Gators, I love the Gator defense, and the michigan offense, but I still think that Auburn is the best team in the country, but my top 10 would be like this,
1. OSU 2. Florida 3. Auburn 4. Michigan 5. USC 6. WVU 7. Texas 8. LSU 9. Louisville 10. Oregon, yes, I think the will move up cause of Georgia struggling, and VT losing |

ESPN Gameday says it's Michigan. As an impartial Wolverines fan, it's not fair for me to make that call this early, but my top 6 look like this:
#1. Ohio State #2. Florida #3. Michigan #4. Auburn #5. USC #6. West Virginia If the Wolverines run the table against Michigan State, Penn State and Iowa, they automatically take the #2 spot until the Michigan/Ohio State showdown. Aubur and USC slip after struggling against weak opponents. West Virginia looks to have a solid team, but they don't really play very many tough opponents. Louisville, Rutgers and Pittsburg towards the end of the season will start to give us a better picture of how good the Mountaineers are. |

I believe Auburn, W. Va., USC and Florida weren't 'on' their game over the weekend.
Here is my Top 8: 1. Ohio State 2. Michigan 3. Auburn 4. Florida 5. USC 6. LSU 7. WVU 8. Texas I think LSU is a VERY strong team. Their quarterback is unbelieveable, and if it wasn't for the loss to Auburn... they would be #2 or #3. |

Looks like Auburn is still #2, and Michigan is still #6, according to Fox Sports:
"With none of the teams in the top 10 losing last week, the first 10 spots in the poll were unchanged. No. 2 was Auburn followed by Southern California, West Virginia, Florida and Michigan at No. 6." Auburn plays Florida in two weeks, so one will fall. USC won't really be tested until 11/11 Oregon, 11/18 California, 11/25 Notre Dame. Florida has a really tough stretch with #9 LSU, #2 Auburn and #10 Georgi in the next three weeks. If Michigan gets the job done against Michigan State, Penn State, and Iowa, they should move up to at least #3, but I'm hoping the strength of schedule will be enough to vault over West Virginia, because I really don't think the Mountaineers deserve to be where they are, based on their schedule. |
