Best Rivalry?

army vs. navy

that's right. not ohio state vs. meeechigan. not miami vs. florida state vs. florida. not auburn vs. alabama.

imo, nothing can compare to the significance, tradition, pageantry, and heart of the army/navy rivalry.

Michigan-Ohio State will always be #1 for a lot of peeps
Oregon-Washington is huge when both teams are good.
Texas-Oklahoma is always great
USC-Notre Dame as well

screw all that crap...has any of those rivalry's resulted in a full out brawl in the 4th quarter? I think not.

I'm sure there have been full-out brawls in Michigan-Ohio State games as well

there was nearly a huge brawl between the maryland football players and staff and our fans during & following a game in 2002. some of the maryland players tried to charge up into the stands after the game, and the fans in that section were hurling all kinds of trash at them. some of the maryland players were tossing them back. there was nearly a full out brawl, and i wished there were. the maryland players and coaches deserved a beating for their antics during the game.

also, there's usually a couple of fights between unc and ncsu fans during our games. most of the fights that i've seen are because the of obnoxious unc fans sitting in the ncsu students section. not a good idea.
