Bowl Games

Has anyone else noticed that the bowl games have been extremely sloppy. Full of fumbles, penalties, ints, drops.....mistake after mistake. The games have been very close and somewhat exciting in that perspective but overall been very disappointing. Maybe waitng 4 or so weeks to play is not the best idea even though it allows some teams to get healthy. Thoughts?????????

I would agree. I would love to see a playoff with bowl games being played earlier to cutdown the layoff. But, it's all about $$$ so that will probably never happen. Even still, I love the Bowl Season.

I haven't watched too much but yeah, I noticed that too. I caught the Texas AZ game and it was mistake after mistake. It was weird to watch. Finally TX got it together and put the hurtin' on AZ but it was still a little off.

I love the bowl season too, and after all the sh** NFL games this weekend, i'm not too disappointed CFB doesnt have a playoff. BCS has got to be fixed though.

I agree. One of the main draw backs to a playoff is the fact that once a team is in they have the option to rest their starters and that makes for crappy games at the end.

The BCS has been god awful so far. USC destroys Illinois like everone knew they would and Hawaii is playing like crap against Georgia. Big yawn, imagine if all these great teams that win their games could play each other next week. Oh wait that would be fun and interesting...which the NCAA clearly doesn't want for its football fans...fu<k the BCS.

i dont know why they have to play one even almost two months after their last game. two weeks is ample time for the teams to prepare and the cities to get ready for the fans that come

Well so far all the bowl games have shown is that USC and Georgia are playing the best football. The only problem is that everyone already knew this.

The best game BY FAR was the FL / Michigan game. By way far. Once I figured out USC wasn't going to choke...which was about 2 min into the game, I couldn't even bear to watch that game thru.
Absolutely terrible. Anyone see that cocky smartass that literally FLIPPED into the end zone? Gimme a break. Coach was piiiiiiissed too.
The Hawaii / Georgia game was boring. Most of the other games I flipped through were boring... Let's hope the NC isn't.

That was bad. He even slowed down just so he could. I do not like the flipping into the endzone. Still trying to figure out how Nikita Stover got away with it in the Bama/Colorado game. I think he was the only one that did get away with it.

Seriously. Such a dumb thing to do... I wish he had gotten knocked out of bounds while he was up in the air. That would have been funny.

Could be another blowout tonight. A healthy Sooner team loaded with talent goes up against a distraught WVU team that has no coach, don't you just love the idiots in charge of this wonderful college football "postseason"?
