Replacing coach, is it wise?

This guy at College Football Advisoris quick to say "fire the *&^*#3$%&^&" but he does have a few good points.

RANT- This goes out to all the Arkansas' fans calling for head coach Houston Nutt's head, be careful what you wish for. For every Bob Stoops, Mack Brown, Mark Richt there is a Dennis Franchione, Greg Robinson, Bill Callahan. Whenever you call for a coach's head it is important to think who will replace him. For instance Iowa State got rid of Dan McCarney, who was the program's all time win leader. They replaced him with Gene Chizik who is now 1-6 and the Cyclones look like one of the worst teams in the country. Nutt has quite a resume including a SEC West title from last year. If you get rid of him who will you replace him with? There aren't a lot of coaches that have Nutt's accomplishments and even less that are going to leave their job to go down to Arkansas.
