Mark Sanchez to start for USC Saturday

USC coach Pete Carroll anounced in his weekly press conference that the Trojans will be starting Mark Sanchez against Arizona this Saturday. Apparently JD Booty's broken middle finger is worse than expected. The report coming out of todays practice is that Booty was unable to clutch the Football.

I think this is a blessing in disguise for USC. Sanchez was the top Quarterback prospect in the nation a few years back. The way Booty has struggled Sanchez could be the breath of fresh air this team desperatly needs.

Thoughts?

Don't know if this guy is the best choice he has 2 INT's and no TD's with 7 backups they might wanna play the field.

Sanchez is gonna be good eventually. Booty is not all he's "cracked" up to be in my opinion. But seriously folks...

I haven't really seen either one that much because they rarely ever broadcast Pac 10 games down here so I really can't give a good evaluation on either. I guess Sanchez should do fine, he's been in the system for a while and should be able to showcase his talents sooner rather than later.

I have a feeling Dirty Sanchez will be better than Booty. I never believed in the Booty hype.
