who is your darkhorse pick to win the NC this year? - Page 3

i like oregon, but they wont qualify for the darkhorse label much longer. we have a tough road schedule but if we can get wins at ASU, Cal, and SC, that will be a very well tested team heading into the postseason.

Oregon State or Ohio State? Are u saying if we get to the NC that we will get blown out? Who's to say the Buckeyes will be there in the end. I think Auburn is better personally.

Oregon won't be in the NC anyway even if we go undefeated. The pollsters are still a bit too steeped in tradition to give a berth to the Ducks, a new, progressive team that exemplifies a very futuristic look at the game of football. Not to mention the fact that the Ducks have little tradition, they are good but they are "new" to NCAA Football compared to storied programs like Ohio State and Michigan.

Ohio State would definitely beat Oregon no question this year. The Civil War has been won by the home team ever since 1997 so the pressure is on the Beavers to continue the streak. We'll see if Karma is indeed this "bitch" as I am told. I think this is Oregon's best chance to break the streak in quite some time.

Georgia but its almost impossible for a team from SEC to win it!!!!! The powerhouses in the conference spend the season taking each other out of contention

when da badgers take care of Michigan this week, we will be vaulted to # 11, and will be undefeated going into IOWA the last week of the season, w/ a chance to go to the NC!!!
