I expect they'll finish in the top 15 most likely top 10. Michigan and Wisconsin will be very competitive. Ohio State should finish between 1st and 3rd in the top heavy Big 10.

don't forget Louisville, they'll be pretty tough with Brohm returning for his senior year.

i think so ....why i have no idea, maybe because L. Carr can't quite get that monkey off his back....although this might be Wisconsin's year to shine in the Big 10

Ohio State is always good, they will win at least 9 games and play in a major bowl game. Just because they got beat by Florida don't think they will run and hide. They will be in NC game in four years.

I bring it up cause Smith, Ginn, Gonzalez, Pittman, Pitcock, and others are leaving, and they wont be as good.

I agree with this assessment. Ohio State is one of those teams that reloads, not rebuilds. They may not be a NC contender next year on paper, but most people didn't think would be this year either.

Ohio State lost a ton of defensive players from the previous year's team, although they were expected to be good, I didn't realize that they were pre-season #1. I think that some of the OSU fans on this board can confirm that there were some serious questions on defense coming in to their season. They obviously filled in quite nicely.

Being a Louisville fan, I don't put a whole lot of stock in the pre-=season polls. They are basically a popularity contest between all of the "BIG DAWG" schools jockeying for the best position just in case they end up in NC contention, i.e., Notre Dame.
I garantee that they will have us underrated to start the season.

It was an unbelievably difficult decision for him. He went from being probably the second back taken behind Peterson, to having to prove it all over again. He was going to have a huge year. In the opener against Kentucky, he looked like a runaway buffalo in the secondary, the DB's were diving for knees and hoping to trip him up. He had 138 yards at half, and broke his leg on the first play of the 2nd half.

I think he would have been a big time challeger for the heisman this year, and a top ten pick if he wouldve stayed healthy, but hopefully he has a good combine, and works his way into the 1st round
