I have been to Va Tech to a game, there is NO way its tougher than Neyland.. Maybe it is intimidating to Kent St, UNC, Northeastern, So. Miss and the like, but PUHLEEEEEZ!!. I've seen them both and trust me South Carolina coming on to the field during 2001 theme will chill any college football fan to the bone at Williams-Brice.

Of the ones I've been to:
1. Neyland Stadium, Knoxville, TN - All the calls went the way of the home team, which didn't need any assistance. I heard Rocky Top in my sleep that night! Ughhh! 2. Morgantown, West Virginia - The fans are freakin' loud, rowdy, and rude. Plus, your car may be ablaze when you get back to the parking lot (don't leave your teams window flag up!). 3. "The Oven" - Papa Johns Stadium, Louisville - I know it's small (44,000, soon to be 63,500), but we haven't lost a home game since 2003, that's 18 games in a row, and we've put some serious beat downs on some teams, especially the ones that stomp the bird logo at mid-field before the game! |
