LSU is looking good right now.

USC looked good the other day.

But questions remain if Jarrett or Russell will stay in school. Those stay, they're on the fast track to the NC.

the university of Texas Longhorns will win the 2007-2008 national championship, beating the USC trojans.

My gut tells me someone under the radar will win possibly the winner of the Cal/Tennessee game or an ACC team. It just feels like were ready for someone who comes out of nowhere.

I voted for USC, but if WVU can avoid the choke bug, they have to be considered. If Jamarcus Russell stays at LSU, watch out.

My vote was Texas no homer really...but Colt McCoy was a freshman this year and would have broken some records barring injury, so imagine what he can do with a year under his belt.......great recruiting class......Mack Brown still at the helm.....can we say National Champion Longhorns again

If Texas is gonna win they'd better shore up their defense. They gave up way too many passing yards this year.

I think Louisville will have a shot next year, but it all depends on a couple of things. Will Brohm leave early? Will Michael Bush return? Will Mario Urrutia return? If all three of those guys come back, we will have another monster year offensively. WR Harry Douglas will be back (10 catches, for 168 yards in the OB). We will have to win at West Virginia, which will be the biggest hurdle.

USC and Florida are both going to be powerhouses next year. IS Booty a Senior?

I believe next year will be his Senior season.

I agree with you, Louisville is a team that could contend next season. How's Lousiville's out of conference schedule look?

I think Michigan and Texas play in the NC with UT taking the W

LSU also goes to Pasadena and trounces the overrated Trojans...

Either USC, LSU or Michigan depending on who stays and who goes...

I voted USC.

I voted USC they have so much coming back and a ton of talent coming in. But here are my thoughts on the rest of the list.

Texas, SOS is very bad so you better not loose a single game or you will be out.

Wisconsin, They will start a new qb and have to make trips to Columbus and Ann Arbor, don't like there chances.

Michigan, Do they still play Ohio State if yes, well then there goes their shot.

Florida they may be very interesting, Meyer is a recurting guru and should be building a powerhouse there.

LSU if Russell stays look out.

Ohio State, being a Buckeye fan I have to say yes, but common sense tells me they will loose at least one but more than likely two. Look out in two years.
