Darren Mcfadden
I`m puting this up to see how much yards Darren Mcfadden will get this season. My number is a little over a thousand. Any one can answer, the Question is over or under a thousand.

I hear the Raiders want him to have around 500 yards this year, but I don't see it. I see him having so much of an impact, they'll have him play. I see him finishing with around 800 yards.

Under 1000. Oakland's backfield is going to be a three headed monster this year.
I'll give him 500 yards and 6 TDs. Note: The above statement is a crazy, wild, unscientific guess that I will be laughing about in 9 months. ![]() |

McFadden will have 600-800 yards and 5-7 TD's. You have to remember that Fargas is going to be getting his share of touches as well.
Another thing to note is the Raiders offensive line. Its hideous. I would be very shocked to see McFadden do better than what I predict.

The line should be slightly improved with a little more cohesion this year but 1,000 yards for a part time runner is probably too much. As stated, Oakland's brass wants McFadden to have more of a Reggie Bush role in their offense, so he won't be looking at feature back carries this year. I can see him getting in between 400 - 600 yards with 4 TDs.

I agree with Jay. I think McFadden is going to have Bush-like numbers at the end of the season.
He isn't going to get the majority of the carries so predicting 1,000 yards is tough. It can be done, see Adrian Peterson, but its highly unlikely.

Yea, AP is the exception to the rule and Minnesota's OL compared to Oakland's OL is like the difference between night & day. Anyone expecting AP type production will be fooling themselves.

McFadden can't keep his legs moving, that's his problem...Under 1000, can't do it behind the o line in Oakland. He'll get his share of TDs though. Not too fond of his attitude as of late though.....
