A couple rumors I have heard about Cowher. First I heard he bought a house in Strongsville, Ohio. Right outside Berea. Next, if Cowher were to coach a team, Idk if it's any specific team but he's asking for 8-10 million? Can anything be verified? If not, it's a thread, open to anyones opinion.

Cincy? Cleveland has had more good seasons than Bengals... and that is saying something.
Bengals had three good season's in the 80's and the one in 2005, that's about it!
Cowher taking either job would be totally idiotic, both teams have some talent to build around but seem to be far off with alot of work need to be put into them. Legacy and being stressed out should be the two major reasons for not taking either job.

Another reason overlooked... is that Cowher lives for defense, and pounding the ball. Both Ohio teams are totally away from both notions, especially the Bengals. Go to Detroit, where little is noticed of or expected of you. There will be an opening there at seasons end.

thats funny that he'd move to ohio of all places. and there is quote from cowher saying that if he did go back to coaching it wouldnt be for another 2-4 years. so i dont think we need to worry about that douch-bag coaching for a while

Great reference to a saying that means nothing about building Rome out of a football team. If you don't know what it means don't say anything. That was the dumbest thing I think anyone has ever said on here. I wish I could say what I want but then I probably would get kicked off the boards.

You know, for someone who's constantly talking smack about people on these boards when things don't go the way you want, you seriously have a problem taking a joke...

That being said "building Rome" took a long time, something that Cowher dosen't have, or likely want to take in either of these places... If we see him go to a team in Ohio, it'd be the Buckeyes before it be either of the teams that are mentioned in this thread...

As for stupidest thing ever on this board, I would think that you're handle would qualify as something all together more rediculous then anything anyone on this board could ever say... Nuff said... You've already had your other thread locked because you couldn't let your opinion/ego go...

As for places to live, according to CNN, there isn't a place in Ohio that even cracks the top 100... Sorry!

First of all I didn't start that thread, and it was mag that didn't know what he was talking about because I wasn't saying anything about him until he started to come at me. That's probably the only person I have talked "smack" about. Also, learn how to read because what I said was "Brunswick=one of the top 5 places in the country to raise a family." Not its the best place to live. So go back to Google, and look that up. Plus, Cowher is an NFL coach he'll go somewhere in the NFL not college. Great opinion.

Actuely he's not... He WAS, he isn't any longer... One has to wonder why that is... Maybe he got sick of it... None the less, he isn't an NFL coach... As for the other point about raising kids... I've always associated the two as a common interest, that being said, the places listed in your link are the work on one man's opinion... Yes, he's a doctor, but it's his opinion non the less... The CNN stats were as a result of cencus material...

You say Cowher isn't an NFL coach when he hasn't shot down the question of coaching again. What he isn't is a college coach, more than he's not an NFL coach. Again I didn't say it was the best place to live, so your findings are irrelavent. I said it was a top 5 place to RAISE A FAMILY. Plus, you live in Canada. How do you honestly question the fact that Brunswick is as I said a top 5 place to raise a family? Seriously, let's get back to football. I would hope you have decency not to hold a grudge against someone because of an opinion, that had nothing to do with throwing anything at you.
