Ya cause I "come out from the mistake by the lake". Great saying, what about basketball? Last I checked football just started, and this is "footballboards.com" for a reason. So I'll stick to football, thank you. P.S. I'm glad you got with technology down their in Pitts-Puke, and learned how to use the quote button. ![]()

I just figured you'd move onto basketball already since the Cavs are actually good and make playoffs now... Leave the football to us around here, in the real home of football.

well i dont know how they do things in $hitsburg, but here in Cleveland we don't give up on our teams no matter what, cuz we're true fans...p.s. why would we give up after loosing to one of the top AFC teams and the top NFC team?

Ya, I love how in the "home of football" you guys beat JAX. You guys have a hell of alot harder schedule then Houston, and Cleveland so we'll see how long you run you mouth in the "home of football" when in reality it is not. Cleveland played to tough teams to start their year. You on the other hand played two peice of $*** teams to start yours. Seriously your ridiculous, basketball? Really? Maybe if Pitt actually had a team I would waste my breath talking about it.

Ha we don't need basketball, NBA is weak, rather watch paint dry... Anyhow what would be the REAL home of football?
Just cause the HOF is in Ohio doesn't mean anything. Western PA is clearly the home of football. |

I love how you also just called your own team horrible... Which altough is correct, the Browns are infact horrible. A real fan still wouldn't admit that about their team, atleast unless they were a Lions fan... |

Cause I said Ohio was the home of football? Right? If I give anyone the home of football it would go to Dallas. About me calling my team horrible, which in fact I did not. Considering our 30th ranked defense held the Steelers to 10 points. I was talking about record, not how bad one team is. Look at your schedule, all the tough games aren't at home.

As for the whole Browns holding the Steelers to 10 points deal... what dont you get about the weather was horrible to play in? Do you hear the Steelers even bragging that they held your supposedly "amazing" offense to 6 points? NO. As for the schedule... We have Colts, Giants, and Cowboys at home. Thats the beef of our schedule. Atleast the only real ones that pose a threat to us... I guess toss Cleveland in there if YOU wanna, I really wouldn't call them a threat to us. |

You may have as many rings but they have been there more. Seriously show me facts that show there are far better players that have come out of PA then Dallas. Literally have come from PA, not played for the Steelers actually became a successful NFL player. Also, I don't hear either team saying anything about each other. Only two fans that are on opposing sides. They still were able to throw the ball, and run the ball so I would not say those are horrible conditions. Your field last year, and our game against the Bills last year were worse conditions. So I could preach the same thing you are that the conditions were bad but I don't because I'm not blind to the fact there were stats in those categories. I'll def have Tenn. giving Pitt a run for their money in which Pitt is on the road there. Also, JAX and Washington. I will throw Cleveland in there because it still is a rivalry and we don't play again until week 17. You really think no one poses a threat to the Steelers like they are so golden, and their not. I hope Philly shuts your a$$ up this week.

Haha no need to even name them all, but I'll just name some headliners...
Ditka, Dawson, Martin, Dorsett, Unitas, Montana, Kelly, Namath, Marino, Law, Arrington, Taylor, Bulger, White... I could go on but we'll just leave it there. Well even that kid you have on your avatar pic came from around here, hmmmm? And as for the weather issue, if you think it didn't effect that game; then you clearly are crazy... nothing like tossing the football around in slick & rainy 60mph winds??? Clear conditions and the game might not have even been close. Either way we got the "W". Titans I would not be worried about at all, don't even see them scoring on us... no offense. Philly will give us a run, but I see us at 3-0 Last edited by nugget maxwell : 09-18-2008 at 10:34 PM. |

Your thick headed. MJD is from Cali bro. That's who would be on my avatar. Pryor is from Penn. yes but has proved nothing. Did I say it was perfect conditions no. They still were able to pass, weren't they. They still could kick couldn't they, yes. Winds got up to 60 mph, they did not stay at 60. They would rise, and fall. I hope Chris Johnson runs all over Pitt, and LenDale punches it in everytime. I'm pretty sure they will, score on you. Their defense alone will score. Again, Pitt is unproven and hasn't beaten anyone worth giving the nod over Philly. If DeSean wasn't a bonehead Eagles would have won last week. I'm done with you, your worse then Mesa. That's saying alot, hopefully he sees what you have said about his Titans. Good Luck.

Guys, seriously. U have no right to boast about winning, or playing good defense in a game where there were 50 mph winds. It's pretty hard to score much in 50 mph winds. If u are gonna brag about winning that game, u better win easily.
