Hmmmm (Pats)
So it would appear that not knowing what plays teams are picking is having an impact on the great Tom Brady and the rest of the team? It will be interesting to see what they can come up with durring the rest of the season this year... I'm thinking that if they don't put up another rediculous season, it can be taken as more proof that they were perhaps involved deeper into the Spygate scandle then was once beleived... Thoughts?

Ya...me thinks your reaching for a story that is not there.
Brady has yet to play in pre-season, and they have no proven back-up QB, thus the sorry looking offense so far. The defense has been decent, but most of the rookies have been playing and many starters have been rested. Wait until the games actually mean something before we start talking about "what if's" That whole "spygate" crap was discovered after the first game of the season, ...if there was a deeper issue., would it have affected them then...probably. And yet they were still 30 seconds away from a 4th title. |

30 seconds or not, without Tom Brady reading plays and coverages with his experience, me thinks the Pats aren't the dynasty they were. The Colts and Pats are in the same boat here. Manning and Brady are getting fairly old. Jim Sorgi doesn't give the Colts the same flair the offence has with him, and Matt Cassel or that Gutierrez guy couldn't win a division if they were surrounded with some of the best talent out there....oh wait, they are?...
Both teams are in **** once they lose their QB

Hmmmm...Me Thinks you follow flashy headlines..
You are Canadian and don't follow Hockey....You remain Canadian and also do not follow Football. Why comment on Sports when you don't watch them? Your post would have been ignorant, yet have had relevance, about a year ago. "The rest of the season this year" as your original post stated...Ummm...3 Days Ago...Makes me think you may have been booted off of your Canadian Hockey Boards. Football Season Hasn't Officially started yet Cupcake....but Thanks for your input.

Where's that hate for football comming from me? Unless of course you can't read... That being said, it wasn't in American... or where ever the hell you're from...
Any rate, we'll see what we see... So far things don't look so good for either team as was stated and I'm thinking that in the end, what they did was bad for the game and I for one don't forget things as is the case with most people... There is no such thing as coincidence in the business/sports world...

No worries cause Manning is back, either way if either Manning or Brady goes down you can write their respective teams off for the rest of the season.

Fine, just don't bring up Jesus or JFK to me then... "That was a long time ago, people should just let it go... Serious... Just let it go..."
There are no coincidences in sports and business... Both top QBs out at the same time for injuries no-one really heard that much about, at the same time that a new rule allowing D's to get plays called in via helmet... Come on guys... I'm thinking Manning is just as much at fault as Brady is these days as no one called more plays from the line them him... Was that because he knew what the D had called? Same with Bradey... Watch, the media will spin it to the where when either of these guys comes back "they just were the same as before these life altering injuries"...

Yeah if you know anything about football, you know Manning is just plain balla. The guy isn't a cheat he's just *ucking amazing at reading defenses and adjusting his offense. Manning is a student of the game, more so than Brady, and uses his own plays that he calls (not the OCs). This shouldn't even be a conversation and is only one because of Spygate defenders.

Agreed... I just find it odd... But yes, it has been known for years, even through his college years that he (Manning) studies a lot...
