It would be nice if New England had the schedule to show that they are the great team that they think they are. This schedule insures that they will have a 1st round bye. There has got to be a better system to make sure that top tier teams have a competitive schedule and not the cake walk that they have been given.

Swap them divisions so that the teams that they face this season aren't those that they'd been recording information on... Then lets see how good they are...

Unfortunately, the Patsies play in a very weak division. They are almost guaranteed 6 wins against division rivals. They also play at San Diego and at Indy, so let's give a little credit where credit is due. They are on the road against their two strongest rivals in the AFC. Either they can be a very good 14-2 team or a phony 14-2 team, depending on where the two losses come in.

Yeah, it really doesn't look all that tough this year... Steelers, Colts, Seahawks, Rams and Cardinals will at least be competitive.

I could go undeafeted with that schedule. And Rams and the Cardinals arent much of anything the Cardinals have the offense but how can there defense even get the Patriots to punt the ball.

I see there is a lot of hatred towards the Pats, lol...
Is it there fault they are in a weak division ? What was said when they were the bottom feeders of the division and teams like Buffalo were making their Super Bowl runs every year ? And they play the same teams they play almost every season, that being the Colts, Chargers, Steelers and their division rivals. Lets keep in mind that the 49ers are an up and coming team as is the Cardinals. In a few years when all said and done and their time is up, someone else will be the top tier of teams and the Pats will be on the decline. Who knows, maybe the Raiders will reclaim the AFC in about 5-10 years and my poor Pats will be forgotten about once again. Let us Patriots fans enjoy our time lol |

Hell.... Maybe they'll be disbanded and the league will replace them with a team with more annoying fans who band-wagon...

Thank You Canadian, Took the word out of my mouth Before the whole Brady era Patriots had the lowest fan base in the NFL well besides all of your BANDWAGON fans. Cake walk of a Season is right IMO the Steelers have the hardest schedule in the AFC.

The Fish will be better this year. The Jets paid to be better, but i doubt they will be. The Bills look better on paper than they were a year ago. All in all, i don't think the Pats have a "cakewalk." They'll win another 12-13 games, but no undefeated [regular] season this year.
