Bills reportedly to start Edwards over Losman vs. Baltimore...

Per WGR, the local Buffalo radio station. They are citing Chris Mortensen from ESPN as saying that Jauron will name Edwards the starter when they take on the Baltimore Ravens this coming Sunday.

Might as well let him grow on the job. A few theories have surfaced in Bills talk around the net:

1- the one I think is accurate.... Owner Ralph Wilson Jr. doesn't want to risk Losman playing well and earning a big money deal. Losman's deal is up after this year, and Wilson definitely doesn't want to pay him when he feels Edwards is just as adequate

2- They realize Trent Edwards is the QB of the future, and want to get him into some games.

I think this a smart move. I have been really impressed by Edwards, the kid looks like he can be a solid NFL QB.

I've only seen him play in the Dallas game and Trent looked like he could be the man for that team.
