How Bad is the ACC?
How bad is the ACC? Obviously the worst BCS Conference, but are they better than the Mountain West, a Mid-Major Conference? I doubt it. Both BYU and Utah could beat any ACC team on a neutral site.

If UM and Clemson's play yesterday was any indication, we all know will win that game, Clemson's Oline sucks, lets face it, they do, Bama ran over them all game long. and unless they can teach that front line to block, Utah will win easily, which is also why im picking them to be the non-BCS school representing the mid-Majors in the BCS this year. It was a crime that they didnt get a shot at the title in 2004, and will most likely go undefeated this season, if not, then one loss towards the end.

Either BYU or Utah, whoever wins the game between them. Also, Fresno State will be good this year too. Their BCS hopes begin tomorrow at Rutgers.
I agree the ACC is awful. I still can't believe how high expectations were for the ACC when the modern rendition was formed a few years ago. It's such a joke and every team in the conference is overrated...VT and Clemson over Oregon? Give me a break pollsters!!! |

ACC is still better than the Big 10. Big 10 is a joke and none of its teams should start the season in the Top 25. let them actually play and beat a good team in order to get consideration.

The ACC doesn't have any great teams this year, but they have several good teams. They are a lot more solid from top to bottom than some of the other conferences.

Yep, if they can get by 3 unranked teams basically, they'd have the Big East winner in the BCS Orange Bowl.

And the U, Fla. State, and South Florida all let me down again, as usual. Looks like it's up to UF to carry the state again this year.
