Eli has a ring but so does Lawrence Tynes, and he's not heading to the Hall of Fame, either. The Giants won in the postseason because of a stifling defense and Eli somehow managed to not do what he did so often in the regular season, namely turn the ball over. (And David Tyree had something to do with it as well). Good for him, it's a great feel-good story, but let's not go nuts. Is he better than McNabb? No. Is he better than Romo? No. And if the Redskings get Favre he'll be the fourth best QB in this division.
Maybe in time he will be a solid QB, but let's not crown him ready yet based on the sum total of three games....some perspective, people!

Well I would rather have a guy who is good in the playoff then a master in the art of choking or an injury prone QB.
