1. Even though he was traded to a better team, backup QB Charlie Frye has been fried more than once (a little too much KFC, if you know what I mean).

2. Deion Branch is glad that the Seahawks don't wire-tap (as long as Holmgren keeps his cellphone and Secret Service stashed away).

3. Matt Hasselbeck hates the new "look" at Seahawks practice - a kiddy slide.

4. Ellis Wyms is glad that he faced his former team (and gave Garcia a headache or two).

5. Bryce Fisher was shipped to the Titans (lets hope that he and new coach Jeff Fisher don't argue over the "top fish" on the team).
